Welcome to the new Website for the Lennox & Addington Horticulture Society and Garden Club. https://lahortsocgardenclub.ca This is a project that I have been waiting to get going since I became President. I would like to thank Kim Hay for taking this on and getting things up and running. I am very excited to have this live now. I can’t say “finally” because Kim has been patiently waiting for me to provide her with content for the website. At this time, I would like to remind you that this is “your” Society, so if there are pictures, events or interesting items that you find, please send them to us so that we can get them on “your” website. All things that are happening with your society will be posted on this website.

2022 Lennox & Addington Plant Sale

Annual Plant Sale

It was an early morning on June 4^th to set up for our Annual Plant Sale at the Hometown Market at the Strathacona Centre. This was our first plant sale again after a 2-year pandemic break. What a beautiful day. A little windy but sunny and warm. This was a very successful sale. Thank you to all who donated plants. Thank you to everyone who purchased plants. And a special thank you to Heather and her crew of volunteers who helped make the day a success.

Life Membership Presentations

In between Covid restrictions and lockdowns in December 2021 and January 2022 we presented two outstanding individuals with lifetime memberships for their outstanding contributions over the years to the Lennox & Addington Horticulture Society and Garden Club. A special thank you to Mary Lockhart and Florence Bell. Congratulations ladies.
